Email: Subscribing to the newsletter will add your email address to a password protected mailing list held by Substack and administered by me. No other parties have access to this list. Newsletters will contain studio updates, art news and marketing. Clicking on the unsubscribe link on any communication you receive from Stoneflower Studio will remove your details from the list.
Placing an order or sending an enquiry via the contact form will give me your email address. This will be used only to reply to your query or to correspond with you about your order. It may also be supplied to a courier service (usually Royal Mail) to provide you with updates on your order's delivery.
Postal address: This is used only to deliver your order. It will not be used for direct marketing or any other purpose.
Telephone: You will be asked to give a phone number when you make a purchase. This will be used only if I need to contact you at short notice. Otherwise all communication will be by email. If you provide a UK mobile number this may also be supplied to a courier service (usually Royal Mail) to provide you with text updates on your order's delivery.
Financial information: When you make an online booking or purchase from me on this website the transaction is conducted through PayPal and only PayPal receives your card information. I do not see it.
How this site uses cookies
A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. A cookie in no way gives me access to your computer or any information about you.
I use a third party web traffic application which uses cookies to identify which pages are being used and whether you are a returning visitor. This helps me analyse data about web page traffic and improve the website in order to tailor it to customer needs. These cookies don't collect information that identifies a visitor. All information these cookies collect is aggregated and therefore anonymous. It is only used to improve how a website works.
This website sets functionality cookies. These cookies allow the website to remember choices you make (such as your user name, language or the region you are in) and provide enhanced, more personal features. For instance, a website may be able to provide you with local weather reports or traffic news by storing in a cookie the region in which you are currently located. These cookies can also be used to remember changes you have made to text size, fonts and other parts of web pages that you can customise. They may also be used to provide services you have asked for such as watching a video or commenting on a blog. The information these cookies collect may be anonymised and they cannot track your browsing activity on other websites.
This website sets targeting cookies. These cookies are used to deliver adverts more relevant to you and your interests. They are also used to limit the number of times you see an advertisement as well as help measure the effectiveness of the advertising campaign. They are usually placed by advertising networks with the website operator's permission. They remember that you have visited a website and this information is shared with other organisations such as advertisers. Quite often targeting or advertising cookies will be linked to site functionality provided by the other organisation.
You can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. This may prevent you from taking full advantage of the website.
